In classes Master Peng conducts, you will improve your breathing, relaxation, posture, and energy flow. These skills are attained through warmups, chi-kung, and learning the forms. Very early on in your studies, Master Peng will introduce Wrestle (Qin Na), Push-hands (tui-shou), as a means to learn sensitivity. As you progress, you will learn not only the 24-posture form, but the 43, 56 and 75 posture forms as well.
These skills will provide you the benefits of better circulation, a calmer outlook on the day's other challenges, improved overall health, and over time, happiness! Yes, it's possible!
Classes are held 5 days per week, for all levels. You are welcome to drop in and try a free class and meet Master Peng and the other students.
